SpendRadar is a smart subscription and spending tracker designed to help you manage recurring payments and optimize your monthly budget.

Key features include:

• Adding and managing all active subscriptions

• Viewing payment dates through the Bill Calendar

• Receiving Smart Alerts before renewals or charges

• Tracking monthly and total recurring spending

• Getting personalized saving tips and budget insights powered by AI

• Simple management: add, edit, or remove subscriptions at any time

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or up-to-date status of analyzed or AI-generated suggestions

• That all subscription information or spending predictions will be error-free

• That recommendations will reflect your financial situation with absolute precision

All insights, suggestions, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.

4. User Accounts

Some features may require creating an account or authentication through external services (if such features are provided).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account

• Ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide

• All actions taken under your account

• Promptly notifying us about unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

• Interfere with or disable App functionality

• Use the App in a way that may harm other users or the service

• Upload or input any harmful code, malware, or automated scripts

We may restrict or suspend access in case of misuse.

SpendRadar uses AI technologies (such as OpenAI services) to provide:

• Subscription optimization suggestions

• Categorization and analysis of expenses

By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, comprehensive, or appropriate

• We are not liable for financial decisions you make based on AI suggestions

• You remain solely responsible for reviewing and interpreting all recommendations

• Third-party processing may occur solely to generate AI insights

• We do not use AI services for advertising or profiling

All trademarks and third-party technologies belong to their respective owners.

• All subscription and spending information is stored locally on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• We may use limited third-party services (e.g., Apple frameworks) for functionality, analytics, or subscriptions.

• We do not sell, share, or store your personal data on external servers unless required for App functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, interface, graphics, text, software, and branding, is owned by Yury Lipnitski or its licensors.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce App content

• Create derivative works

• Use our intellectual property commercially

• Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App under these Terms.

9. Purchases & Subscriptions

SpendRadar may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

• Payments are processed by the App Store on your device.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings.

• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Free trials (if offered) convert to paid plans unless canceled before expiration.

• We are not responsible for billing issues originating from the App Store.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• That the App will operate without errors or interruptions

• Accuracy of spending analytics or AI recommendations

• Prevention of all unexpected charges or renewals

• That the App will meet your expectations or financial needs

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for financial losses, budgeting inaccuracies, or missed cancellations

• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it

If your jurisdiction does not allow limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

12. User Content

If the App allows you to input or upload data (e.g., subscription details):

You agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide

• You will not input illegal, offensive, fraudulent, or misleading data

• Violating these rules may result in removal of content or suspension of access

We may, at our discretion, delete or restrict inappropriate or harmful content.

• Upload viruses, harmful software, or automated scripts

• Attempt unauthorized access to App systems

• Interfere with App infrastructure or other users

• Violate local or international laws

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent information

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

 

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause.
You may stop using the App at any time.
Termination does not affect previously accrued rights or obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence unless your local legislation requires otherwise.
