By using the App, you confirm that:

• If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Concealer provides features including:

• AI-based image generation and transformation using Gemini API

• Uploading your own images for editing or transformation

• Creative filters, styles, and visual effects

• Optional premium features available through purchases or subscriptions

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, realism, or quality of generated images

• That every request will produce an expected or desirable result

AI-generated outputs may sometimes contain imperfections.

 

4. User Accounts

Some features may require creating an account or authorization through external services (if such features are available).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account

• All actions performed under your account

• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

You may use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

• Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or networks

• Use the App to generate harmful, misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate content

• Bypass security measures or subscription restrictions

• Use the App to create content that violates copyright or the rights of others

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.

6. Image Processing & Third-Party Services

Concealer application uses Gemini API to process and generate images.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Your uploaded images and prompts are sent only to Gemini API for processing

• We do not share your images with third parties for any other purpose

• We do not store your images longer than necessary to process your request

• Results generated by AI may be unpredictable and are not guaranteed

• You must ensure that all uploaded images belong to you or that you have permission to use them

All trademarks, technologies, and services referenced in the App belong to their respective owners.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using the App, you consent to our data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, interface, graphics, text, software, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors.

9. Purchases & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed by the App Store on your device.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s account settings.

• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Trials (if offered) may be canceled anytime before expiration.

We are not responsible for billing errors or payment issues originating from the App Store.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, style, realism, or quality of generated images

• That the App will operate without interruptions or errors

• That results will meet your expectations

Image generation is performed by AI and may produce unexpected or imperfect results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost data or device issues.

• Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

If your local laws do not allow limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

If the App allows you to upload, submit, or generate content, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the content you provide

• You have the necessary rights to the images you upload
